(EDX) Peaks are detected, but only dotted lines do not identify elements

I recently started up the instrument after an extended time.
When a qualitative/quantitative analysis was performed, the peaks appeared, but there were just dotted lines, and the elements were not identified.

Answer

• The energy axis is entirely off the profiles.
• Calibrate the instrument.
