(EDX) Quantitative analysis with AsKα
In a qualitative analysis, As(arsenic) was detected.
I would like to quantify it using the AsKα line rather than using the AsKβ line.Is this possible?

Answer
Yes, this is possible.
The analysis lines (Kα, Lα, etc.)used in quantitative calculations are set in the sensitivity coefficients method files (sysmetal, sysoxide)*. Change the analysis line in the sensitivity coefficients method file, and then recalculate the values.
* Sysmetal: Compound form "metal"
* Sysoxide: Compound form "oxide"
