Answer
Check Points1: Check that the power switch of the spectrometer is ON.
Remedies1: Turn the power to the spectrometer ON and restart the software.
Check Points2: Check if the communication cable between the spectrometer and the data processing computer is disconnected.
Remedies2: Connect the communication cable correctly, turn the power to the spectrometer OFF and ON, and restart the software.
