Compared to the chemisorption-based cartridge suppressor, the reproducibility of peak area is worse at low concentration (Ion Chromatograph)

Answer

«Cause»
Peak detection parameters are incorrect.

«Countermeasure»
The baseline is more unstable with this instrument than the chemical cartridge suppressor. Using the same peak detection parameters as the cartridge suppressor can cause baseline fluctuation to be incorrectly identified as a peak during low concentration measurement. Set the parameters such as the minimum area appropriately.
