Answer
Are changes in the mobile phase absorbance level measured at extremely large wavelength levels?
Because this detector detects two wavelengths during grating scans, wavelength measurement variability within the wavelength reproducibility (±1.0 nm) range can result in noise.
Change the measurement wavelength to a wavelength that minimizes mobile phase absorbance variations relative to wavelength variations.
Also maximize the response value within the allowable range.
Also maximize the response value within the allowable range.
