Error Message: PDA detector: Flow cell temperature does not reach to set temperature. Change the setting for the cell temperature to be room temperature plus 15ºC min.

Answer

«Main Cause»
The temperature did not decrease to the setting temperature even after five minutes of temperature control.
 
«Countermeasure»
Specify a somewhat high [CELL TEMP] setting in method parameter settings.
Change the cell temperature setting so that it is at least 15ºC higher than room temperature.
