Error Code:[0x58CD] FATAL W LAMP NOT LIT

Error Message: UV detector: W lamp failed to light.

Answer

«Main Cause»
The illumination circuit is not functioning properly.
 
«Countermeasure»
Implement corrective measures in the following sequence.
(1) Check the W lamp connection.
(2) Replace the W lamp.
    Click here for Replacement method of Lamp (HPLC)
If that does not resolve the error, switch the instrument power OFF and contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
