Error Code:[0x8B12] SFE NDLE PROTECTED

Error Message: Needle detected foreign matter. Remove foreign matter from the SFE inside.

Needle tip detects strong force.
 
«Countermeasure»
Remedy this problem referring to the following procedure.
(1) Replace the needle.
(2) Verify that the sample rack is installed correctly.
If the above procedure does not remedy the problem, contact a Shimadzu sales or service representative.
